Alan Dershowitz Loses His Mind!

Today at the impeachment trial Alan Dershowitz floated the following paraphrased argument. If Trump cooked up a bribery, shake-down or Quid pro quo scheme of withholding Ukraine’s military aid (and a presidential photo-op) until Zelensky announced investigations intended to smear Biden and clear Russia of the 2016 hacking, that might look pretty damn bad. But, claims the learned gun-for-hire [when enough money and TV time is involved]) if Trump felt his re-election was in the best interest of the US, then he did not commit an impeachable offense. Trump did not do it for his personal benefit, he did it for our benefit.

What can one say except: Dershowitz!!!

Well, we have known for some time that he was a criminal lawyer (very much in the Breaking Bad sense), but his testimony today makes me think he has suffered some sort of mental impairment. Then again, it may be a brain-eating microbe that seems to have infected Pompeo, Barr, Rudy Gone Fishing, Janus Graham, no-suit Jordan, Mad Dog Collins, and many other republicans. Eating too much raw meet?
