Dark Matter Assumptions Are Under Revision

Your point was considered the consensus assumption before the discovery of Fast Radio Bursts, the LIGO/Virgo events, and new evidence for unexpected stellar-mass ultra-compact object populations. Given the chronic failure to find “particle” Dark Matter, and these new discoveries implicating large stellar-mass black hole populations, people are considering major changes in assumptions about the DM.

I have tried to alert people to this evolution in thinking on Dark Matter. The piece below is a good example of what I am referring to. There are other preprints posted to arxiv making similar arguments.
