DARK MATTER SEARCH — IMPORTANT AND CAN BE ANSWERED
I think it is reasonable to expect that the true identity of the dark matter can be definitively revealed in the next 5–10 years.
All 5 questions you mention are very important but some may still be with us for a long time. When we know what comprises 80% to 95% (if dark energy is explained within General Relativity without the cosmological constant) of the cosmos, we will be well positioned to answer other fundamental questions. Until the dark matter is identified we are just whistling in the dark.
