Faith-Based WIMP Dark Matter?

The unwavering faith in the assumption that the dark matter is composed of exotic subatomic particles may be what has been holding dark matter research back for over 4 decades. The large number of negative results during that time seems not to have dented this faith.

Primordial black holes offer a viable alternative that is far less pie-in-the-sky. Moreover there is empirical evidence that supports their candidacy.
