Here are some interesting self-similarities between the important category of subatomic particles called hadrons and Kerr-Newman black holes which are General Relativity solutions for charged and rotating black holes .

1. Both hadrons and Kerr-Newman black holes are almost entirely characterized by just three parameters: mass, charge and angular momentum.

2. Both hadrons and Kerr-Newman black holes have magnetic dipole moments, but do not have electric dipole moments.

3. Typical hadrons and Kerr-Newman black holes have gyromagnetic ratios of ≈ 2.

4. Hadrons and Kerr-Newman black holes have similar linear relationships between angular momentum and mass squared, i.e., J proportional to M^2.

5. When Kerr-Newman black holes merge, the BH surface area may increase but can never decrease; this is analogous to the increase of cross-sections in hadron collisions.
