2. Promote education worldwide. Lead with knowledge, not with guns and bombs.
3. Radically increase funding for alternative energy sources, especially fuel cells, hydrogen tech, wind and solar. Fusion research is like the WIMP search: endless and ultimately futile.
4. Fund EPA at a level that would allow them to come down hard on polluting industries. A clean economy can be just as economically successful as a dirty one, and probably more so.
