How to De-Fang the NRA Snake

1. If a candidate for official office takes money from the NRA, don’t vote for him/her. Regardless of party or political status.
2. If the NRA puts out a political ad urging you to vote for someone, don’t vote for that person.
3. If the NRA puts out an attack ad against a candidate, vote for that candidate.

If this is strategy is kept up by the majority of Americans who want rational gun laws, and who realize that the NRA is just a disinformation lobby for the gun industry, then the NRA will be forced to change its behavior. With its main weapon defused, the instinct for self-preservation will tame the beast.
