I think we can assume the answer is a definite yes.

Another interesting fact is that whenever the speed of the neutrino has been tested observationally, it is indistinguishable from that of GWs and light. That means, if it continues to be borne out empirically, that neutrinos cannot have mass (since nothing massive can have v=c), and therefore cannot be the enigmatic dark matter.
