Identity Politics Is Way Sub-Optimum!

Wingeing aggressively about one group’s troubles and insulting/blaming other groups as if those groups are monolithic and deserving of all the blame seems quite rampant these days. Unfortunately it is really harmful to everybody.

If we want a better world, we must try treating people with more understanding and respect. We are all human. Positive change requires positive actions, positive thinking, a willingness to admit our own shortcomings and a willingness to do better.

Successful leaders to not speak abusively to those they wish to persuade and lead.
