Idiocy Is Not Uniquely American!

In Britain you have goons destroying G5 towers because they think they are part of a Chinese plot to weaponize the Covid-19 virus with radio waves.

Britain has nearly 200,000 Covid-19 cases and nearly 30,000 deaths from the virus. New Zealand’s numbers are about 1,500 cases and 20 deaths. Think about that.

You have Boris Johnson and associated wingnuts. Need I say more?

Umair’s finger pointing is a clear case of the pot calling the kettle black. Does he look around the world at the idiocy of Russia and Belarus bragging that they are largely immune from the virus and then reaping the sad truth when the virus turns their way. Does he attack the insane idiocy going on in Brazil or Venezuela? No, he is blind to all that.

Umair has only one target and that is America. C’mon Umair. Tell us your motivations for this obsession with America and your unwillingness to call out idiocy in your own country or in other countries. Your modus operandi is the same as that of Rush Limbaugh and others of his ilk (according to Rush everything the left does is criminal and the right gets a free pass and unctuous praise; according to Umair everything the US does is pathetically bad and other comparably bad countries seem to get a free pass) .

I agree that idiots are now in charge of America, but we are far from the only country suffering from far-right wingnuts and plutocrats. How about a little social democratic fair play?
