Look On The Bright Side!

Trump is digging his own political grave, and most of the GOP are going to follow him over the edge like lemmings.

With any luck America will shed itself of the greedy lizards and demagogues who have been in power for decades, and America will rise again like the Phoenix from the ashes caused by their gross malfeasance.

With any luck the Tea Party/anti-science antivaxer/fascist/climate denier/etc yahoos who have been encouraged and enabled by Trump will be relegated back into their basements wondering why people laugh at them instead of fearing them.

With any luck a more robust and far more progressive democracy might emerge from the rubble of this pandemic.

We are plagued by a very dark cloud, but as they say, every cloud has a silver lining. It could happen.
