So How’s The Weather In Jolly Ol’ England?

Looks like 216,525 cases and growing. Soon you will surpass Italy and Spain.

With a population of about 56 million in England, the US has about 5.9 times your population. Adjusting for the size of the populations would give you roughly 1,274,342 cases if you were our size. Or dividing the US cases of 1,309,168 by 5.9 equals roughly 221,893 cases. So our countries are pretty damn comparable in controlling our outbreaks. Your new case numbers are stuck at about 5,000 per day. Adjusting for population differences the US would theoretically have about 29,500 per day. Actually the real number fluctuates around 26,000 per day. We’re neck and neck, buddy.

Given your Brexit disaster and now the pandemic disaster, I doubt that you are justified in having any more economic optimism than we should here in the USA. And our leaders are both masters of narcissistic incompetence, although we may have a decided edge on you there.

You should check out the incredibly good website created by Johns Hopkins scientists.

By the way, the needle appears to be stuck on your record, which you play every day. The insufferably long and hackneyed and heavily biased song on the record is just the SOS. The same obsessive biases. But flame on bro. My guess is that there must a pecuniary explanation for this odd behavior. I’ll give you the benefit of doubt regarding mental excursions.

Have you considering a critical piece on Russia, for example? Or are you afraid that Villanelle would pay you a visit and treat you to one of her polonium pies?
